Tasty Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper (as desired)
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Drain and flake salmon and place in a 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour sour cream all over.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May be served with lemon.
    Serves 4.
