Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine onions, garlic, bay leaf, red pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and beans in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serve with hot pepper sauce, if desired.
