Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large cans tomatoes, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    5 or 6 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    3 green onions, chopped (with tops)
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro or ground coriander
    3 or 4 tsp. oregano
    1 large pinch cayenne pepper
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except jalapenos, and simmer until excess liquid is reduced.
    Add jalapenos and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, the longer you simmer the hotter the salsa.
    Serve chilled.
    Pass the chips.
