Cheesy Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into small balls (1-inch).
Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish to keep warm.
