Apple Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large apples
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 large orange
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare apple slices with apple peeler/corer/slicer.
    Cut slices in half.
    Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles.
    Cut each in half to make 16 triangle strips. Place 3 to 4 apples at the wide end of each strip and roll up. Arrange bundles in pan or clay baker.
    Zest one teaspoon orange rind; set aside.
    Juice orange; pour into pan or baker but not over bundles.
    Drizzle bundles with butter.
    Mix zest, sugar and cinnamon; spoon over bundles.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
