Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed pumpkin
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, beating with electric mixer.
Add one egg at a time, beating after each one.
Stir in mashed pumpkin and milk.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and spice and add to cream mixture, stirring just until moistened, then stir in raisins and pecans.
Spoon into greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes.
