Sweet And Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef or deer
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
dash of parsley
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix meat, crumbs, onion, egg, garlic salt and parsley.
Shape into small balls and brown in skillet with shortening.
Pour off fat.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cover and let simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes.
