Artichoke Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
4 to 5 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. parsley
6 beaten eggs
3/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
10 soda crackers, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Saute onions and parsley in oil from 2 jars of artichokes. Mix eggs, cheese, crackers, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce until blended smooth.
Mix with onions and parsley. Cut up artichokes and add to mixture. Grease an oblong baking dish and fill with mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0
for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve hot or cold as an appetizer or vegetable.
