Beanie Weanies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 large can pork and beans
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 pkg. wieners, cut up
    1 pkg. butter beans, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Melt
    Crisco
    in pan.
    Add onion and bell pepper.
    Cook until soft.
    Add
    brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, dry mustard, salt
    and pepper.
    Simmer
    until
    sugar
    is
    dissolved.
    Pour mixture over hot dogs, butter beans, kidney beans and pork and beans.
    Stir until well coated.
    Pour into a large dish, cover and cook 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
