Red Hot (Cinnamon) Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 lb. extra large cucumbers
1 c. lime
1 c. vinegar
1 bottle red food coloring
1 Tbsp. alum
2 c. vinegar
10 c. sugar
8 cinnamon sticks
1 pkg. cinnamon red hots *

Preparation

*The kind that's red all the way through.
The ones with white insides will make a cloudy look.
