Chocolate Coconutty Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut (2 2/3 c.)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. shortening

Preparation

Note:
To make drizzling with chocolate easier, put thin melted mixture in a plastic bag.
Snip off a corner of the bag and drizzle chocolate coating through the hole.
