Veal And Mushrooms In White Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fr. veal cutlets
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white wine or vermouth
fresh parsley
Preparation
-
Pound veal into 1/4-inch thickness.
Rub with garlic, then sprinkle with flour. Saute veal in butter until brown. Add mushrooms, wine and salt.
Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Top with fresh parsley.
