Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 small onion, grated
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
    Add cream cheese, flour and eggs.
    Mix well; add parsley, onion and garlic powder.
    Put in casserole with onion rings on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
