Skillet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Ingredients may be prepared early in day and mixed together in skillet 15 minutes before dinner.
    Serves 4 to 6.
