Glazed Beets In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans tiny whole beets, drain and save juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. reserved beet juice
    1 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and beet juice.
    Mix well.
    Stir in orange juice, lemon juice, salt and vinegar.
    Cook over low heat until clear and thickened.
    Add sugars and beets.
    Cook for 5 minutes and add butter.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with orange peel.
    Serve hot.
