Tamal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh onions
    fresh potatoes
    fresh squash
    fresh tomatoes
    1 or 2 cans green beans
    4 slices bacon
    salt (if desired)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thinly slice the vegetables.
    Layer in casserole dish all vegetables, seasoning each layer.
    Drizzle bacon drippings over top.
    Bake (with lid) in oven about 2 hours at 300\u00b0 or less.
    Cook slowly.
