Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 c. sliced, tart apples
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine rolled oats, flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Add melted butter to oatmeal mixture and mix with fork or pastry blender until well blended.
Arrange fruit in buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or 2-quart baking dish.
Spread oatmeal mixture on top of fruit.
Bake 30 minutes or until tender and crust is brown.
Serve warm or cold with milk, cream, whipped cream or ice cream.
