Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut in medium size pieces
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onions
    1 1/2 c. cooked diced potatoes
    1 c. cooked carrot rounds
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock
    pastry recipe for 1 pie crust
Preparation
    Place chicken, onions and vegetables in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and blend thoroughly. Add chicken stock slowly and salt.
    Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
    Pour over chicken mixture.
