Golobki (Cabbage) Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can water (tomato soup can)
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Place chopped cabbage in bottom of 3-quart casserole.
    Brown meat and onions.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spread meat over cabbage with spoon.
    Mix tomato soup with water and pour over mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until cabbage is soft.
    Serves 4 to 5.
