Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked or 2 lb. fresh broccoli, well trimmed and cooked until tender
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation

Simmer chicken breasts until tender.
Remove and cool enough to handle (or cook the night before).
Chop.
In 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan, arrange broccoli.
Lay chicken over broccoli.
Combine soup, milk and mayonnaise and stir until smooth.
Add cheese and lemon juice.
Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli and cover chicken completely.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle crumbs on top before serving.
