1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick melted Parkay
3 eggs
1 box chopped broccoli, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix

ingredients
and
pour
in greased casserole. Size depends on how thick you like.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
