Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Ginger Dressing
    vegetable oil for frying
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. cellophane noodles (bean threads) *
    1/2 head lettuce
    3 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. sliced green onion with tops
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Prepare Ginger Dressing.
    Heat 1-inch oil in Dutch oven to 425\u00b0.
    Fry 1/4 of the noodles at a time, turning once, until puffed, about 5 seconds.
    Drain.
