Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can corn (whole kernel)
    1 can green chilies
    1 c. grated cheese (use 1/2 c. cheese in mixture and 1/2 c. on top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
