Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. Peter Pan peanut butter
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
5 doz. peanuts
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir in Peter Pan.
Sift dry ingredients.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Shape 1 teaspoon of dough and mash crisscross with fork.
Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
