Blueberry Tea Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pound cake mix
1 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. confectioners sugar
lemon juice
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
When batter is prepared, gently fold in blueberries, nuts, raisins and spices.
Pour
mixture into loaf pan, either 3 small or 1 large. Bake
according
to
package
directions,
allowing 10 minutes less
baking
time.
Turn
out on rack and cool.
