Sourdough Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sourdough Starter
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in a little warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    3/8 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. dry skim milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour 1/4 cup at a time onto a medium hot griddle, lightly greased.
    When the top becomes dry looking (in 3 to 4 minutes), turn and cook other side another 3 minutes or until second side is golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
