Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, egg, mashed potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
    Place in buttered loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
