Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck (raw)
1 onion, diced
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag Tater Tots
Preparation

Press meat lightly in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Layer onion, frozen peas, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and Cheddar cheese.
Place Tater Tots on top.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Makes 10 servings.
