Blueberry Snack Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix 1 cup flour, butter and 10x sugar until smooth.
    Spread over bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Spread over top of baked cookie base.
    Bake 30 minutes and cool.
    Cut into 2 1/2 x 1-inch bars.
    Makes 24 bars, containing 115 calories each serving.
