Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon or mackerel
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. minced green peppers
    1/4 c. minced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Form into patties or croquettes.
    Coat all sides with crushed crackers.
    Cook in hot skillet of oil until all sides are golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel on plate.
    Serve with ketchup.
