Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk together.
    Gradually pour over pudding.
    Add rice and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Stir 2 times.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
