Jolly Roger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
4 c. water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2-2 lb. chicken pieces
1 tbsp. minced oonion
1 can mushrooms
1-2 tbsp. butter
Preparation

Flour chicken and brown in oil.
Put rice and onion in greased casserole.
Add mushrooms with juice.
Arrange chicken on top. Mix water with bouillon and pour over top.
Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove cover for last 5 minutes.
