Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Heat until mixture comes to a boil; pour over cabbage.
    Can be kept several hours in fridge.
