Italian Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 medium onion
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    1 large zucchini
    2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    In a large covered skillet saute sausage and onions until sausage is cooked.\tAdd sliced potatoes and sliced zucchini.
    Add butter or olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.\tCover and cook over low heat until potatoes are tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Add water if needed.
