Green Noodles With Cream, Ham And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 shallots or 1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. diced, cooked ham
    3 c. sliced mushrooms (8 oz.)
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated Locatelli cheese
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    12 oz. spinach tagliatelle
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine in a medium skillet. Add shallots or onions; saute 5 minutes, until soft.
    Add ham and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in cream, parsley, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
