Cactus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) jar nopalitos (cactus)
    1 white onion, cut into 1-inch strips
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lime juice
    4 plum tomatoes, cut into 1-inch strips
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 head romaine
    1/2 c. Feta cheese, grated
    lime wedges
Preparation
    Drain nopalitos and cut into 1-inch strips.
    Mix nopalitos, onion, garlic, oregano, olive oil, lime juice, tomatoes and cilantro.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Arrange on a platter lined with romaine.
    Top with Feta cheese.
    Garnish with lime wedges.
