A-La-Smith Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 loaf sourdough French bread, split lengthwise
    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    6 chopped garlic buds
    1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 green onions
Preparation
    Mix butter, cream cheese and chopped garlic buds and spread on both French bread halves. Grate Jack cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle over bread.
    Set on foil.
    Chop a couple of green onions over both halves. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
