Layered Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small boxes strawberry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    10 oz. frozen strawberries
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple including juice
    3 bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. carton sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
    Stir in frozen strawberries, pineapple, mashed bananas and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pour half of mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch oiled pan.
    Spread with 8 ounces sour cream.
    Cover with remaining jello mixture.
    Chill until firm.
