Tortilla Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    In bowl combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until mixture is fine crumbs.
    Add water gradually; toss with fork to make stiff dough.
    Form into ball.
    Knead thoroughly on floured board until smooth and flecked with air bubbles, about 4 minutes. Cover; let rest 30 minutes.
    Roll into 12-inch circle.
    Fit into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
