Beef Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in cubes
    4 potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. liquid (bouillon, tomato juice or water)
Preparation
    Place in bottom of a casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Add in layers.
    Cover tightly and place in a 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Don't stir.
