Crock Pot Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 pt. fat free half and half
    1 - 32 oz. pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, optional
    green onions, sauteed - optional
Preparation
    Mix and heat all thoroughly in slow cooker, on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
