Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. mild sausage
Preparation

Blend thoroughly the biscuit mix, cheese and sausage with hands or mixer until moist enough to form a ball.
Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Balls can be frozen and thawed later for serving.
