Blue Cheese And Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh green beans or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
6 slices bacon, diced
1/2 medium onion, sliced into rings
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation

Cook beans just until tender; drain. Fry bacon until crisp. Combine green beans and bacon and remaining ingredients, except cheese, and toss lightly until well mixed. Stir 1/2 cup cheese into salad and sprinkle rest on top.
