Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
tortillas (corn)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
grated cheese
bell pepper, diced (if desired)
Preparation

Line pan with tortillas. Add layer of bite-sized chicken, layer of onion, then layer of cheese. Add some of the soups and Ro-Tel that has been mixed together. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Add cheese on top. Sprinkle with chili powder. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
