Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cool and peel.
    Grate potatoes.
    Melt cheese with butter over low heat.
    Mix all ingredients together; put in casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
