Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. half and half
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 frozen deep-dish pie shells
Preparation
    Place all ingredients (except pie shells) together in a bowl and mix well.
    Spoon the mixture into the 2 pie shells.
    Place on a cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
