Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 c. milk
    1 c. ham, chopped and cooked
    1 tsp. salt (may use less)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli with 1 can chicken broth for 7 minutes, until \"tender crisp.\"
    Remove broccoli and chop in bite size pieces.
    Add second can of chicken broth and 1 cup milk.
    Add ham, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Stir in broccoli, 2 cups milk, cheese and margarine.
    Serve before it boils a second time.
