Zucchini Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. peeled zucchini, diced
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon until zucchini is tender; drain liquid.
    Mix flour, sugar and oleo like pie dough; put 1/2 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Top dough with zucchini mixture.
    Crumble rest of pie dough mixture on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
