Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. apples, cubed
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
Stir in oil and add apples.
Mix dry ingredients together and stir into apple mixture. If desired, add nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
