Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. golden seedless raisins
3 c. chopped and peeled apples
1 c. English walnuts, chopped
3 c. presifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well with electric mixer until creamy.
Frost cake and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.
